A New Year...

Mommas, I hope your new year has gotten off to a great start! Here's to a fabulous and fashionable 2010 for all! As with every new year, this one brings new changes and challenges, new goals, new aspirations... what are some of yours?

Well, one big change happening here... you may've noticed most of my Javis Davis ads and pics have been removed. The gals there have decided to discontinue the design partner program, so I'll no longer be selling their products. They're still very much in business and are mostly web-based, so you'll still find me gabbing about them from time to time. I have been and will always be a huge fan of theirs, and you can bet your britches that my future nusery will be outfitted head-to-toe in Javis Davis.

I'm still here though, mommas. So don't go anywhere! You'll probably find my content moving more and more toward maternity style and fashion, but you can look for odds and ends on hot items for baby, kid, and the nursery as well. Stay warm out there, and stay tuned!

Oh, mommas... check out these fabulous new fabric collections recently added at Javis Davis! The crib configurator isn't up and running yet for these new fabrics, but I can certainly help you put together some fabulous bedding and accessories.


I am loving the sassy prints in these two collections...




...but take a look at the sharp colors in this new Zoology collection. What a great alternative for a boy! Love it.

How does it work? Easy. The beds come in two sizes... Large beds ($125) fit dolls up to 18" and small beds ($75) fit dolls up to 13". Browse the fabulous fabrics and have the bed made in the collection of your choice. All beds are made to order, so if you have a specific look in mind, don't hesitate to ask!

New collections are constantly making their debut at Javis Davis! You may've noticed this sweet new Pink Damask collection online. These fabrics aren't yet available on the crib configurator, but it's in the works. A lot goes into getting these fabrics online so you can have fun creating your own custom bedding. This latest collection pulls together such a fun group of pink and green prints perfect for a sweet girl at any age.

As you'll soon find out in my upcoming post on baby registries (stay tuned!), mommas need LOTS of burp cloths. Babies are messy little things, did ya know?
